Data+
The Data+ module holds all sorts of systemwide configuration, like products and documents and VAT group setup and much more. It is somewhat similar to the old System module.
Accounting periods
Accounting periods simply define periods used for accounting purposes. They are used by the Workday+ module. You cannot have two accounting periods that overlap each other. An accounting period may be closed, this prevents certain operations from taking place on dates within the period, this will be used in the Workday+ module.
Company info
This allows you to set various info about your own company and about your Microbizz system. You can specify which CRM+ company describes your own company, and you can upload logos to use in Microbizz.
You can also add Truetype fonts which may then be used in the documents in Data+ to help ensure consistent look of the text in PDFs.
Documents
The new document system allows you to setup document for use when Quotation+, Invoice+, Equipment+ etc generates PDFs. Read more about documents here.
Expense accounts
Expense accounts are simply named account numbers and are used by EDI+. In CRM+ you may specify an account number for each company; when an EDI is received for a company, the company payment account number is used to lookup an expense account to use for the EDI.
Files
This provides access to all files that have been added in file boxes in the + modules. Is likely to be slow if you make broad searches…
Integrations
This allows for setup of integrations, like the Klarpris, Prosave, ChatGPT etc.
Jobs
This lists the various jobs that handle things like integrations, EDI+ import, etc. Only jobs related to the new + modules are listed; other jobs can still be found in the System module.
Products
The + modules have their own product catalogue, but changes in the old product catalogue are cross saved (ie. copied) to the new product catalogue and vice versa, although not all details are copied.
Read more about the product catalogue here.
Pricing
Here you can setup VAT groups. VAT grups are for handling multiple VAT rates, eg. some countries have one VAT rate for food and another VAT rate for other goods. A VAT group simply specifices a VAT rate; the VAT groups can then be assigned to products or product categories. In CRM+ you may create exceptions, so that a given company has a different VAT rate for a given VAT group.
