New features for the June 2024 release

Take a look at what we've been building for the last few months 🙂

Tasks

• Its now possible to enlarge task descriptions and custom fields with the type “Long text” to make it easier working with a lot of text

• We have introduced a new way to invoice, called Stage invoicing, which lets you invoice your tasks in stages. Read more here

• The budget tab now automatically chooses the latest budget period

• We now show start + end time on plannings in the Planning tab

Forms

We’ve introduced a new form action called “Update budget” which lets you update the budget on a task with a new value. Read more here

Plan

• Its now possible to either only show team leaders or team members

Reports

• Its now possible to automatically update static reports at different times. Read more here

System

• We have introduced “Adjust prices” in the admin menu which gives you the opportunity to regulate prices for companies, work areas, etc. in Microbizz

API improvements

• GetCustomFields now shows if the field is searchable

• GetCustomerTypes now shows the type letter
