Bugs & fixes

  • MIC-2053 - Fixed an issue where accepting a quotation via email would show an error message even though the quotation was correctly updated.

  • MIC-1415 - Fixed an issue where deleted calendar appointments could reappear due to synchronization with external test servers.

  • MIC-2174 - Fixed an issue where the invoicing method on tasks was accidentally changed by the mobile app.

  • MIC-2190 - Fixed an issue where invoices could not be saved if the hidden sender address field was empty.

  • MIC-2028 - Fixed an issue where the time registration setting on a user would automatically change from Required to Optional when saving changes to the user.

  • MIC-2176 - Fixed an issue where the full address was not displayed in the piecework plugin, ensuring street names and numbers are now visible.

  • MIC-2197 - Fixed an issue where changes from TDC could not be acknowledged by making sure the task is only updated after all files have been uploaded successfully.

Improvements

  • MIC-1931 - Translated the window cleaning tool into Danish, including all settings, task lists, and planning screens.

Bugs & fixes

  • MIC-1312 - Fixed an issue where the information box would stay on the screen after moving the mouse or scrolling.

  • MIC-2102 - Fixed an issue where the expand/collapse arrow would stay visible after deleting all plans for a user until the page was refreshed.

  • MIC-2170 - Added a star indicator to the company field when creating new tasks in Planning+ to show it is required.

Improvements

  • MIC-2040 - You can now search for number-based custom fields in the global search bar by enabling them in the settings.

  • MIC-1486 - Updated the system to allow external users to run form scripts when they are logged into the extranet.

Bugs & fixes

  • MIC-2145 - Fixed an issue where requisition numbers, start dates, and deadlines were not automatically filled in when creating a new task from a template in Planning+.

  • MIC-2097 - Fixed an issue where the menu incorrectly showed "Edit appointment" instead of "Create appointment" when clicking on an empty time slot.

  • MIC-2146 - Fixed an issue where the unit price was not automatically filled in on invoices when using specific currency settings.

Improvements

  • MIC-2082 - Updated the planning grid to automatically show appointment colors and improved how colors are synchronized between different parts of the system.

  • MIC-2103 - Planning+ items now have a colored border so they are visible when the plan type color is white.

  • MIC-2099 - Fixed an issue where changes in the planning settings were not cleared if the cancel button was clicked.

  • MIC-2142 - Fixed an issue where the "Invoicing" field appeared empty on iPhones even when it was filled out on the web.

  • MIC-2092 - Fixed an issue where invoices would show a 0% discount even when no discount was given.

  • MIC-2110 - Fixed an issue in the app where the date filter, total sum, and task descriptions were displayed incorrectly.

  • MIC-2143 - Fixed an issue where tasks could not be edited by right-clicking them in the planning view.

  • MIC-2098 - Fixed an issue where the option to delete an appointment was incorrectly shown when right-clicking on a planning item.

  • MIC-2115 - Fixed an issue where invoices sent again would miss the date and number by ensuring the document is updated after the invoice is finalized.

  • MIC-1484 - Fixed an issue where saving a table as CSV in the + module could include HTML characters in the CSV file, such as &oring; instead of ø.

  • MIC-1857 - Fixed an issue where inline pictures were not shown in some emails because of an incorrect file type.

  • MIC-1496 - Fixed a bug with the map overlay when viewing a project.

  • MIC-1127 - Fixed an issue with CRM search on tablets and smartphones.

  • MIC-1946 - Fixed an issue where the loading screen could hang when selecting columns in Project Overview.

  • MIC-1804 - Fixed an issue where the Reset button in Project Overview's column setup did not restore the standard column setup.

  • MIC-1548 - Fixed an issue where editing an existing plan in Planning+ did not always save correctly.

  • MIC-1843 - Fixed an issue where creating a task from the app could fail in some cases.

  • MIC-1954 - Fixed an issue where a task's invoicing policy was sometimes returned as a number instead of the expected text value through the REST API.

Improvements

  • MIC-1755 - Exposed the Equipment+ Protocol objects in the REST API.

  • MIC-1570 - You can now use the API to set the cost price of a registration. If the registration is later edited in Microbizz, the cost price will be recalculated.

  • MIC-1786 - Improved the fill lines from task functionality in Subscription+.

  • MIC-1945 - Added a menu when right-clicking an entry in the InfoSegment of Project Overview.

  • MIC-1473 - You can now set folder permissions for "Users without role" in + modules, the same way as regular folder access.

  • MIC-1500 - Fixed an issue with multiple values when creating an invoice from an .xml file.

  • MIC-1775 - Fixed an issue where a missing filter could prevent the start page from loading properly.

  • MIC-1301 - Fixed an issue where the user field could shrink in width when the field was cleared.

  • MIC-1851 - Fixed an issue where form scripts did not always work when a question form was completed on an Android phone.

  • MIC-1034 - it is now possible to use Google Analytics on the extranet, you will need to get key+tracking code from Google and then enter them in the Microbizz Extranet setup.

  • MIC-1669 - the field “nextactiontime” was missing from the “todo” object in the API.

  • MIC-1355 - we’ve made some improvements so that the task details page looks nicer when using a layout and the new UI.

  • MIC-1436 - we’ve fixed a bug where subscriptions would generate invoice titles with the wrong month+year.

  • MIC-1637 - we’ve fixed the issue of duplicate appointments showing in Planning+

  • MIC-1646 - we’ve fixed an issue with appointments showing up on infinite repeat.

  • MIC-1665 - we’ve fixed an issue with crosssaving AppontmentEntry.

  • MIC-1747 - we’ve made the UI in Project Overview responsive to changes.

  • MIC-1721 - we’ve fixed a formatting issue with one of our patches.

  • MIC-1763 - we’ve improved the loading screen in Project Overview.

  • MIC-1795 - fix: guard project_ template field when project module is missing and added stop.propagation to .on events.

  • MIC-1713 - deletion of schemas didnt update the task in the app. because tasks were not prompthed. to figure it out.

  • MIC-1299 - fixed an error where advanced search would be overwritten when reloading the page with big searches.

  • MIC-1181 - adjusted to its required to at least pick one form in equipment forms

  • MIC-1746 - ensured product will cross save if invoice+ is enabled.

  • MIC-1544 - ensure cross save will undo a deletion if object is no longer deleted.

  • MIC-1743 - added that logs stay even if objects are deleted.

  • MIC-1541 - fixed that deleting objects could make double logs when it comes to the activity log of related objects.

  • MIC-1501 - re enabled “save and plan” option for tasks while using planning+

  • MIC-1451 - performance update for user search.

  • MIC-1600 - fixed issue with removing task from milestone(phase) for ProjectOverview

  • MIC-1426 - we have made minor changes to the PDFs in Invoice+ : 0 VAT% is no longer included.

  • MIC-1421 - in Invoice+ you can now create a credit note from scratch, and more fields are autofilled when selecting a company

  • MIC-1420 - in Invoice+you can now specify multiple to-email addresses, and when you post the invoice you can see the these addresses

  • MIC-1358 - in Planning+ we’ve fixed a bug that caused plannings to not be shown if there started at midnight on the first date of the shown period

  • MIC-1307 - if “Activate profit margins” (in Invoices > CONFIGURATION > DISCOUNTS&PROFITS ) was disabled if was still possible to edit the profit margin for a company but you couldn’t save it; you can now no longer edit the profit margin

  • MIC-1280 - in Planning+ we fixed a bug that sometimes prevented tasks from being dragged from the right side to the planning calendar

  • MIC-1617 - when searching for companies in the + modules, f.ex. when creating an invoice+, deactivated companies would also be shown

  • MIC-1361 - we’ve fixed a bug in the + module filters: if filter A used the “is in filter” condition to test filter B, MB would only look at the first 500 results of filter B

  • MIC-1345 - Invoice+ and products in Data+ now support “service value”; a product category can be a service, and an invoice can show how much of the invoice value consists of service products

  • MIC-1395 - Quotation+ filter: we fixed a bug where templates would appear in the results when a filter was applied on the start page; templates are now correctly excluded, so only Won and Lost quotations are shown

  • MIC-1332 - fix: added a input handler in /script/CompoField.js. the add now clear the hidden id when the text is emptied
