When a salary model is created, then just edit the user to add a salary model to that user.
Start by checking the "Calculate salary?" checkbox, and then select which salary model to use for the user. Also remember to enter the salary code of the user, which typically is a number obtained from the salary system, and if your salary model requires it, set the seniority date.
The user will now be included in the salary export.
Individual salary rule
It is possible to create a salary rule, which just applies for a single user. This is useful to handle special arrangements with certain users, without the need to create an entire salary model just for them.
On the user info page, navigate to the salary tab (which is only visible if salary is enabled for this specific user), and select New individual rule. You are then taken to the rule creation screen, where you can define a rule that will just apply to this user.
One-time salary
A one-time salary payout can be arranged from the same tab, by instead selecting New one-time salary. As the name suggest this is a salary pay which is only made once, and can typically be used to reburst expenses or pay special bonuses.
A one-time salary is created like this:
Salary date: The date the salary regards. It will be included in the salary period covering this date.
Note: A note regarding what the payment is for.
Salary code: Which salary code the payment should use.
Count: The number of units to pay.
Value: The value of each unit.
In the screenshot above a onetime payout of 1,050.00 is configured to payout in July.
