Fortnox
This is an integration with the Swedish Fortnox system.
When you need to set it up in Microbizz, Microbizz shows you a brief guide on how to set it up in Fortnox.
The following settings are available for the Fortnox integration
Setting | Explanation |
---|---|
Send invoices from (customer) | Select a CRM object in your Microbizz-solution from where to fetch sender information on invoices |
Send invoices from (name) | The from name on the email with the invoice |
Send invoices from (email) | The reply-to address on the emails with the invoice |
Subject | The subject on the emails with the invoice |
Standard invoice text | The email body text on the emails with the invoice |
Handle EDI for | If you are using EDI, you can select the GLN numbers and VAT numbers for which this integration should handle EDIs |
Use CostCenter | Instructs Fortnox to use cost centers. The cost center is set on each line and is found in Microbizz by reading the "Remote ID" of the team attached to the task that generated the invoice line. See below for an alternative behaviour. |
Costcenter field | If cost centers are enabled, this allows you to select a custom field on the task. If you do so, the cost center behaviour is modified, so instead of reading the "Remote ID" of the team attached to the task, we read the cost center directly from this custom field. The field is expected to hold the cost center code. |
Don't transmit VAT | Normally all invoice lines are transmitted with a VAT value of 25. If this is checked no VAT value is transmitted. |
Don't update products | If this is checked, the integration will not update products already in Microbizz, but it will create new products when they are created in Fortnox. |
Tax reduction type field | One can select a field from an Invoice. If a field is selected, the value of this field will be transmitted in the TaxReductionType when updating an invoice in Fortnox. Otherwise the "default tax reduction type" is transmitted (see below). |
Default tax reduction type | The default value to transmit in the TaxReductionType field for Fortnox. If nothing is filled out, we transmit 'none'. |
House work field | Allows you to select a custom field on a product. If an invoice line is sent to Fortnox, and it matches a product where a number is filled in this field, then the item count will be multiplied with this number and transmitted in the HouseWorkHoursToReport field. Example: You set your custom field to 2.5 on the product with product number 100. If you send 3 of product number 100 to Fortnox, we will also transmit 7.5 (2.5 x 3) in the HouseWorkHoursToReport field. |
Default debitor group | When creating a new CRM object in Microbizz, this will be the default debitor group for the object |
Default creditor group | When creating a new CRM object in Microbizz, this will be the default creditor group for the object |
Default terms of payment | When creating a new CRM object in Microbizz, this will be the default terms of payment for the object |
Default layout | When creating a new CRM object in Microbizz, this will be the default invoice layout for the object |
Default VAT | When creating a new CRM object in Microbizz, this will be the default VAT zone for the object |
Default cashbook | When posting an EDI it will go to this cashbook in Fortnox |
Currency code | Enter the currency code to operate in. Typically SEK. |
Edit cost on invoice | This setting is deprecated. |
Force metadata update | Normally metadata such as available layouts are fetched once each day. Check this box to retrieve them when the next synchronization takes place. Do this, if you have made changes in Fortnox and needs the changes in Microbizz. |
