This integration reads / writes calendar appointments from / to an Exchange server.

• Dont sync availability: Don't synchronize you availability (status) specified to the Exchange server.
• Use modern login: Determines whether the login to the Exchange server is using "Modern Authentication", or using a slightly older way of logging in.
