Permissions
Every module in Microbizz has a set of permissions, which is the case for the person module as well.
For a general understanding of permissions visit this section.
Keep in mind that the persons must log off the system and back again before the permissions take effect.
Person specific permissions
In this module, you can set the permissions for team types and teams by ticking their respective boxes.
The available permissions are as follows:
- Edit person: Allows you to specify who has the permission to edit a person
- Delete person: Allows you to specify who has the permission to delete a person
- Deactivate person: Allows you to specify who has the permission to deactive a person
- Create person: Allows you to specify who has the permission to create a person
- Combine with duplicate: Allows you to specify who has the permission to combine persons
- Campaigns: Allows you to specify who has the permission to administer campaigns
- Create campaign: Allows you to specify who has the permission to create a campaign
- Edit campaign: Allows you to specify who has the permission to edit a campaign
- Manage campaign: Allows you to specify who has the permission to manage a campaign
- Person - files: Allows you to specify who has the permission to administer the files section of a person
- Person - company: Allows you to specify who has the permission to administer the company section of a person
- Person - emails: Allows you to specify who has the permission to administer the emails section of a person
- Person - calendar: Allows you to specify who has the permission to administer the calendar section of a person
