Copying pictures from Outlook not working

Issue

We are seeing issues when trying to copy images from Outlook into Microbizz manually.

This is because our HTML editor is not supporting the way Microsoft is handling the way they copy images from different programs

Data is imported correctly even though its not accepted

Issue

In some scenarios it's possible to import data to a field that have limits, ex. a number custom field which can maximum have a value of 15 numbers without getting a warning

Echange (calendar) issues

Issue

Microsoft is changing their ways of accessing products which means that you can expierence issues with calendar synchronization

EDI is returning a error message

Issue

We are seeing a issue where customers EDI invoices is marked with a error message even though they are send succesfully


Recommendations

Contact our support at support@microbizz.dk with the invoice numbers that it's regarding



Error when opening jpeg images in Microbizz

Issue

Some jpeg images gives an error when you try to open it in Microbizz.


Recommendations

We are seeing an increasing number of this issue, where it turn out that the file in question isn't a jpeg image but a heic-file (another image format). This format isn't a standard image format and can only be viewed using some programs. We are currently investigating if it is Microbizz creating these files.

Issue

The files layout are showing outside of its window

Recommendations

We see this as a low priority issue and therefor it will not be fixed before implementing our new design


Folders on file server are not placed correctly

Issue

When you use filesync and group your tasks by projects, you may find that the subtasks are not placed under the project

We are aware of the problem and are currently working on on a solution
Filesync synchronization problems

Issue

When using filsync, you may experience that files located in Microbizz are not synchronized to the file server, and vice versa


Recommendations

On any task or other object that is being synchronized, you as a user now have the option to force a synchronization through. You do this by accessing the "Files" tab and clicking on the pencil
Inactivity for 30 minutes may in some cases generate an error message in Microbizz

Issue

In some cases, we find that Microbizz can issue an error message as soon as you have been inactive for 30 minutes.


If this type of error message occurs already after 30 minutes, we would like to hear from you by contacting our support team by e-mail support@microbizz.dk

The solution is to log in to Microbizz again

Mac issue when copy pasting pictures

Issue 

When using Safari on Mac, you can experience that when pasting pictures with CTRL+V Microbizz will return the text "Image missing"


Recommendations

We recommend to use another browser on Mac.

Mail import support for 2-factor authentication

Issue

Microsoft is changing their ways of accessing products which means that you can expierence issues with mail import

Overlapping windows

Issue

Some windows could be overlapping and it was therefore sometimes not possible to conitnue your work


It could look like this:


Until now, we have experienced in the following places:

  • When moving files from one task to another
  • When editing PDF fields in a PDF template
  • When opening a daily worksheet in "Search other hours"


Recommendations

We are seeing an increasing number of this issues. In some occasions, it's possible for you to just move one of the windows to continue your work.

We are working on the issues continuously to fix this issue


Save form is saved twice

Issue

We are expiericing a issue where the same form is saved twice. This is an issue in our newest app.


Recommendations

We are working on a new update to our update which will fix this issue


Quick editor - Add images to a note without writing a note are not saved

Issue

Using the quick editor, it is possible to add images to a note without writing a note, but the images are not saved.


The problem is that it is a requirement that you fill in the text field, but in this screen it does not verify if it is written or not.


Recommendations

In quick editors, always type a text when you need to add images to a note.

Equipment Options Incorrect

Issue

Sometimes the users gets incorrect equipment options to choose from, when checking in on tasks.

*Critical* Form skips and required fields

Issue

When filling out forms, which includes skips and required fields, those fields can be created incorrectly with answers, even though the user did not specify an answer.
Form-actions happens for those incorrect fields as well.
