EDI policies

As other modules, the EDI system has it's own set of policies to decide who is able to see the EDI invoices.

EDI specific policies

In this setting for policies, you can set them for team types and teams by ticking their respective boxes.

Policies in the settings for EDI affects the list of EDIs a given team type or team is allowed to see. The three different options have the following effect:

Free:

  • For team leaders: View all EDIs in the system
  • For team members: View all EDIs in the system

Team:

  • For team leaders: View all EDIs from the same team - And outside of the team if a user is specified as a "can approve the EDI" added to the EDI settings section
  • For team members: View all EDIs from the same team - And outside of the team if a user is specified as a "can approve the EDI" added to the EDI settings section

Restrictive:

  • For team leaders: View all EDIs from the same team - And outside of the team if a user is specified as a "can approve the EDI" added to the EDI settings section
  • For team members: View only the EDIs for the active user - And outside of the team if a user is specified as a "can approve the EDI" added to the EDI settings section
