Changes to Microbizz are not reflected in the app

Problem

When making changes in the web, they are not always reflected in the app.

Cause

Most changes that are made in the web module and that are expected to take effect in the app will take place at the next synchronization.

Synchronizations occur while using the app and in the background while the phone is locked.

However, there are some changes that require more than a regular sync.

Workaround

As a single user, it is quick and easy to simply log out of the app and log in again.

This will result in a reconfiguration that includes all new changes.

This is done by selecting:

  1. Settings
  2. Log out
  3. Select "Yes"
  4. And then select the desired login-method

Once the app has finished configuring, the new changes will take effect.
