Here you can create a dashboard overview, or "kiosk". This is a non-interactive page which displays some kind of data from Microbizz. The page is reloaded automatically at regular interval.
Create a kiosk
You can fill out the following:
After clicking the Save button a key code will appear on your list of kiosks:
To access the kiosk, copy and paste the URL in a browser.
Edit a kiosk
Editing a kiosk happens in the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.
Configure a kiosk
By clicking on the pencil and choosing Configure, you can configure the kiosk:
You have the following options:
- Columns: Decide the size of the kiosk
- Filter: Choose any filter from the kiosk's chosen module
- Scroll speed: If the data is scrollable, e.g. an Activity-view, then you can choose one of the following:
This displays the latest entries from the activity log, that is the log in the ACTIVITIES tabs on users, task, customers etc.
Tasks, with product use
This displays a list of tasks matching a configured filter. For each task is displayed a few details and the product use for the task.
Tasks, with employees
This displays a list of tasks matching a configured filter. For each task is displayed a few details and a list of the users who are currently checked in on the task.
This display a list of users matching a configured filter. For each user is displayed details about where the user is currently checked in.
This displays a map with markers for the users, equipments, tasks and customers within a given area.
This displays the calendar and planning for the users in a team.
This displays up to 3 different types of information: a microreport, a list of tasks, and a list of plannings.
