Budget

You can view and set various budgets for your sales team(s).

The budget targets are held against realized sales quotations from the sales module, where the total realized value of a sales quotation can be configured from the settings in the sales module, in the quotation section.

Team budget

Here you can view and edit each sales team's budget.

You can choose the following:

• Team: Choose the sales team
• Budget year: Choose which year you want to view / configure budgets for
• Edit budget: If marked, you are able to change the amount for the chosen team's budget

If you have chosen to edit the budget, remember to press the Save budget button.

Master budget

Here you can view and edit all sales teams' budget.

You can choose the following:

• Budget year: Choose which year you want to view / configure budgets for
• Edit budget: If marked, you are able to change the amount for the chosen team's budget

If you have chosen to edit the budget, remember to press the Save budget button.

Performance

Here you can see the individual sellers performances for various periods.

There are 3 dropdown boxes, where you can choose the following:

• Users
• Month
• Year
