Work plan - General settings

In this section you will find settings that are related to different parts of the work plan module. 

There are settings specific to related functions, which are in the same settings menu.

Model for Karensdage

This section has the following setting:

• Karensdag: When used, this enables the use of the Swedish model for Karensdage.

Send email

This section has the following settings:

• Send to current user: When ticked, details regarding the changes made with the multi edit tool will be sent to the current user using it.
• Email: An email to send the details to. 

Public holidays

This section has the following setting:

• Skip to next working day: When ticked, the system skips to next working day if a repetition excludes public holidays on a public holiday.

Export Colours

This section has the following setting:

• Export colours: When ticked, the work plan colours are exported to the production plan.

Layout

This section has the following setting:

• Layout: Here you can choose how you would like to see the work plan. Choose between:
  • One day per row, grouped by week
  • One user per row, grouped by week
  • One user per row, grouped by month

SMS

This section has the following setting:

• Allow via text message: If checked, an employee can, for example register their sick days and absence via text messages. You need to have an SMS gateway associated with your solution to use this feature. If this is desired, contact Ventu
