The translation system is a feature which must first be enabled by Ventu. The menu CONFIGURATION > TIME, DATA & LANGUAGE gives access to the translations.
Here you can translate question forms, task statuses, SLAs, customer types, extranet pages, project types and more from the base language to any of the other enabled languages.
You can limit the number of translations shown.
The list of matching translations show the original text (in the base language) and translated text for each of the enabled language.
If a translation is missing/empty this will be shown as "–missing–" in orange or red. Red means that the base language text may have changed, so the text should be updated.
Click on a text to edit it.
