Start - General settings

In this section you will find settings that are related to the global search.

Global search

You have the following choices:

Task search

  • Include closed tasks: If marked, tasks that are closed are included in the search
  • Display search results as: You can choose one of the following ways to display your search results as:
    • 1 column
    • 2 columns

Ticket search

  • Include closed tickets: If marked, tickets that are closed are included in the search

Search results

  • Open object instantaneously when search gives only one result: If marked, when searching for objects in the Tasks, Person and CRM modules, as well as the global search, the table view is skipped. You are taken directly to the object

Search fields

In this menu, you can choose which fields you can search for, thus customizing the results of the global search.


There are settings for each of the following modules:

  • Customers
  • Person
  • Tasks
  • Equipment
  • Users
  • Project
