When entering the export filters tab, you will be presented with the following page:
From here, it is possible to create a new export filter by applying the following settings:
Be aware that depending on the Source and Type you choose, the settings can change.
Name: Give your filter a title
Source: Choose the data source you want to export from
Type: Choose between whether you want to export to a CSV-file or Excel-file
CSV file:
Incl. header: If ticked, the heade will be included in the CSV file
Field separator: Choose which symbol will be used to separate each value. "," is chosen by default.
Include:
All rows next time, then only changed rows: Includes all rows the first time
All rows: Includes all rows in the export
Only changed rows: Includes only changed rows in the export
Only rows that match the filter: If a filter is selected then the only rows that will be exported are those that match the filter
Skip empty rows: If checked, all empty rows are skipped in the export
Date format: Defines the date format to use, for example YYYY-MM-DD
Currency format: Defines the currency format to use, for example MMMM.CC
Text coding: Defines the text encoding, for example UTF-8
Static texts: You may specify one or more texts, these will then be available as fields that can be included in the export, but they will always have the same value
