User defined

Here you can create and administer any user-defined report within Microbizz.

Create a user-defined report

There are a couple of steps one has to go through in order to create a user-defined report.

Reports may be unique, as they only focus on specific objects from specific modules, but forces the user to go through a number of steps which are nearly identical regardless of the data chosen.

Step 1

You first have to choose which data you would like to see:

When you have finished choosing the data you want to see, press the Next step button.

Step 2

Depending on the data chosen in the first step, you can choose filters from the modules the data belongs to.

When you are finished choosing the filters, you then have the following options:

  • Return: Go back to the previous step
  • Next step: Proceed to the next step

Step 3

In this step, you can choose to see any field from the chosen data by marking the ones you want. Furthermore, you can change the order of the fields shown, by dragging them:

When you are finished choosing the fields, you then have the following options:

  • Return: Go back to the previous step
  • Next step: Proceed to the next step

Step 4

You then get a preview of the results, where you have the choice to group the rows and/or columns by a variety of data.

When you are finished grouping the results, you then have the following options:

  • Return: Go back to the previous step
  • Next step: Proceed to the next step

Step 5

The final results are displayed.
