A duty list consists of a list of small daily tasks that rotate within a team.

In this section, by clicking on "Create new duty list" in DUTIES > CREATE, you are able to create a new duty list:

In order to create a new duty list, you need to fill out the following:

  • Title: The title of the duty list
  • Duties: As many duties as you wish. The format is a simple text describing the duty
  • Assign now: If checked, the duties will be assigned as soon as the list is saved
  • Team: The team the duty list should belong to
  • Participants: Declare as many users as you wish, that should participate in the duty list
  • Rotate duties: Choose one of the following durations for when the duty list should rotate:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  • Notify at \'clock: Give a time period for when to notify the participants
