Progress % and time

When managing a project timeline in Microbizz the progress and time estimation are useful tools.

As seen below the two columns show value for the individual activities, and a median value for the groups.

Eventually giving the project (first row) the total sum for the hour estimation and the median % value for the progress.

Estimate

The estimate is an amount of hours the project and it's activities.

Time estimates are added to activities, and summed ud for their activity groups.

When an activity is attached to a task, the estimation is shared between them. This is used to control the estimate of the tasks directly from the timeline.

Progress

The progress % dictates hos much of an activity has been completed.

The user can add a number from 0-100%.
