Employee capacity

In this section it is possible for administrators of Microbizz to view the schedule for the employees (i.e. their capacity) which may be occupied by tasks, meetings, appointments, vacations, etc.

To view the capacity of a user, the following data needs to be given:

  • User: The user whos capacity you want to view
  • Number of weeks: The number of weeks you want to view ahead, excluding the current week
  • Misc time pr. day: How much extra, non-specified time there should be included in the overview

After pressing the "Show"-button, the overview is presented as such:
