New features for the September 2025 release

Tourplanning+BETA
User start point: It is now possible to define a user’s start point directly on the user profile.
Change overview: Tourplanning+ now provides a list of all changes it makes when returning results, giving users a clear overview.
Buffer time: A configurable buffer time can now be included in route optimization.
Drive time improvements:
Drive time is now recalculated automatically when a planning is moved
Drive time from the user’s start point to the first planning is now displayed.
Bug fixes:
We also fixed an bug where moving a planning to another day was not placed correctly
UI improvements:
Its now possible to collapse the users day, so save space if multiple dialogues is open at the same time:
New settings:
A new setting have been introduced, which allows you to set an limit to how much an planning can cost. This is to define how overtime is calculated to the algorithm,
Define a penalty cost to influence optimization.
It is now possible to apply more restrictions to the tourplanning+ algorithm which can be defined directly on the task through the Restrictions tab
Task splitting:
Tasks spanning more than 24 hours can now be split into smaller segments. Users are notified when this occurs during planning.
Algorithm enhancements:
We have made some adjustments behind-the-scenes which should results in locked plannings getting handled better through the algorithm
Data+
Improved document flow: When a content area is reset by the user, it is also removed from the associated document.
Quotation+
Currency codes in PDFs: A new system parameter
quotation_pdf_currency_codes
has been added. When set to=1
, currency codes will always appear on line items in generated quotation PDFs.
Tasks
Simplified project view: A new Edit project head button allows projects to be displayed without subtasks for a simplified overview.
External notes: Notes sent externally from a task can now also be sent to both the customer’s reference and your own reference.
General
We have improved the file tab in new + modules, so they now handle a long list of files better
In new + modules, we now show an loading screen if a module is loading a list in the table view, to improve the ux
We have introduced an integration to https://geposit.se/ which can be configured in Settings -> System -> GPS, checkin & QR -> geposit.se API key. The integration will automatically autocomplete addresses when searching in an address field on task, crm, etc. to help the user choose the right address where the user should complete the task. This integration requires an active subscription to the Geposit platform
In new + modules, we now generally summarize all number fields in tables. It is also possible to individually choose supported custom fields to be summarized
