New features for the May 2025 release

Take a look at what we've been building for the last few months 🙂

Tourplanning+BETA

This release, we are introducing a new module in beta, which lets you automatically plan and optimize existing plannings — it understands when employees need to arrive at each customer location and intelligently optimizes the driving routes. Quotation+

  • We have introduced statuses on quotations, so you can now define your own proces for what stage your quotation are in

  • We have improved the creation of templates, so that custom fields are not required

  • The New + button now also includes the option to create from a template

  • We added a new field to the quotation so you can see if its sent to your customer

  • You can now request and complete forms on quotations. https://system15.microbizz.dk/sys/todo/details/?id=20868

  • You can now quick add products

  • Your customers can now accept or reject an quotation through the e-mail that is sent. This can be configured under settings

  • We have introduced update filters, so its now possible to update multiple quotations with new information at once

  • You can now open a answered form directly from the quotation

  • We have made improvements for types, so that:

    • Type is now always required

    • You can not delete a type that is in use

    • Microbizz will automatically create a type, so there is always minimum 1

    • Custom fields now understand when a type is deleted, and make sure to adjust itself accordingly

Data+

  • Its now possible to make custom fields to products

  • For documents, we have made sure that custom fields with long text are visually more aligned, and the address field is now also displayed better

Planning+

  • We have removed the tooltip of the time in stacked mode, as it was only intended to be shown in timeline mode

  • We have introduced a new way of alerting customer of visits. This can be configured under settings

Tasks

General

  • We have updated our search fields in the new modules, so it f.ex shows 20 tasks with the newest change date. This can be seen when right clicking in planning+ and adding a task by search

  • In new + modules, we have made it possible for filters to use custom fields that are not searchable. Before, these custom fields would not be included when using the filter

  • We have introduced a restriction in new + modules, so its only possible to have 30 searchable custom fields in each module

  • In new + modules, we now support expression language in custom fields https://system15.microbizz.dk/sys/todo/details/?id=20885

  • In new + modules, we have expanded filters, so they can now include “Is one of” and “Is in the filter” that will present a list of existing filters

  • We have made several changes to procedures in Microbizz:

    • We have moved procedures from being a tab, to being under the description on the CRM

    • We now have 2 types: Global, and a time limited procedure which are controlled by permissions

  • In new+ modules, its now possible to set permissions on folders based on roles

  • Its now possible to update roles on users through update filters
