When a user has made actions, such as checkin/out, timeregistrations, upload of pictures etc. where we expect that something needs to be added to WEB.
If this does not reflect in web, as in, the checkin/out is not registered or the picture is not uploaded, it can be relevant to check the local UPSYNK errors, to see if anything went wrong.
How to enter the UPSYNK page:
Step 1: Press the 3 lines in the top left corner.
Step 2: Press the synk button.
Step 3: Swipe towards left.
Step 4: If there are red errors, click the error to reveal the error message.
Step 5: Take a screenshot of the error message, and send it to us.
