The Drive module handles the drive log, which is similar to a daily work sheet, except it is used to register the number of kilometers driven. The drive log may provide suggestions based on the user's checkin and based on any GPS data received from the user's vehicle.

The Drive module also handles drive zones; this can be used for creating invoice lines to tasks.

Invoicing

When driving is invoiced an invoice line is created based on the drive zone. For a task you may specify a drive zone when editing the task. The drive zones are setup here, each zone specifies a price and a product number, these are used for the invoice line.

• Per day: Driving is automatically invoiced when a user checks out from a task, but only 1 invoice line is per day
• Per checkin: Driving is automatically invoiced when a user checks out from a task.
• Manually at checkin: The user is supposed to manually specify that a checkin+checkout should invoiced.
