Every module in Microbizz has a set of permissions, which is the case for the sales module as well.

Keep in mind that the users must log off the system and back again before the permissions take effect.

Sales specific permissions

In this module, you can set the permissions for team types and teams by ticking their respective boxes.

The available permissions are as follows:

  • Place order: Allows you to specify who has permission to create new orders.
  • Call: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Call (Sales > Sales person > Call)
  • Performance: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer budget (Sales > Budget > Performance)
  • Budget: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer budget (Sales > Budget)
    • Edit budget: Allows you to specify who has permission to edit budget
  • Campaigns: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Campaigns (Sales > Campaigns)
  • Quotation: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Quotation (Sales > Quotation)
    • Costprice/margin: Allows you to specify who has permission to change the costprice of products.
  • Delete quotation: Allows you to specify who has permission to Delete a quotation
  • Products: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer products (Sales > Products)
  • Interests: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Interests (Sales > Interests)
  • Settings: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Settings (Sales > Settings)
    • Number series: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer Series (Sales > Series)
