See all tasks

Here you can view all tasks have been planned for users of a specific team.

In order to do so, there is various information required.

• Team: The team you would like to view the production plan for
• From: The start date you want to view the production plan for, ignored if Week and Year is filled in
• To: The end date you want to view the production plan for
• Week: The week no. you want to view the production plan for
  
• Year: The year you want to view the production plan for

When you click on the "Show"-button, the planned production will be sought and showed.

Users

The top part of the timeline shows the planning for each user.

The plannings are colour coded according to either the task status or randomly picked colours. This is configured in the Planning module configuration.

Tasks

The bottom part of the timeline shows the planning for each task.

The tasks are colour coded depending on the user for whom the task is planned.
